The Circular programme is an easy and free way to return old IQOS or lil devices, as well as original electronic accessories (cable, power adapter, charger, etc.) that you no longer use. It allows you to reduce your environmental impact by returning your old heat-not-burn device to Smoke-Free stores. Most components of the returned devices will be recycled, and the rest will be used for energy recovery. At the same time, sensitive parts of devices, such as batteries, will also be handled in accordance with regulations and in a responsible manner.

You can bring your used IQOS and ili device(s) and original electronic accessories to the selected Smoke-Free store.

You can return all generations of IQOS and lil devices and their original electronic accessories. 

Through the Circular Program, we will ensure device recycling and energy recovery. Dispose the device packaging responsibly, as per local regulations.

With the Device Circular Programme you can bring back your old IQOS and lil device(s) and relevant electronic accessories when you no longer use them, so that we can recycle them and use them for energy production. 

The "What to do with old device?" service is exclusively intended for registered users who have registered heat-not-burn device on their user account and enables you to exchange device of the old generation for a voucher.

Your device will remain in optimal condition for a longer period of time if you maintain it regularly and properly and use original charging accessories.

In addition, in the Smoke-Free Stores, we offer you a Complete service, professional maintenance of your device. Each scan helps keep your device in optimal condition for a longer period of time and provides you with an optimal user experience.

After receiving your devices, we’ll ship them to one of the recycling hubs. The recyclable components will be recycled. Materials that cannot be recycled will be used for energy production.
